NHC Membership Class
For all who are interested in taking the next step toward official membership at New Heart Church, or those who simply want to learn more about it before taking this step, there will be a lunch gathering directly after service on February 23. The group will discuss more about New Heart Church, the beliefs of the Church of the Nazarene, and be an open place to ask any questions you have for our pastors.
Spiritual Gifts Training Seminar
Mar 1 & 8
Mark your calendar for our upcoming spiritual gifts training seminar. The seminar is for all who are interested in learning more about your personal spiritual gifts. Lunch will be provided and it will include a simple assessment to help bring insight to the gifts of each seminar attendee, an overview of the gifts, and personal coaching for putting your gifts into practice. For more information, contact Pastor Brett at (209) 612-6339, or Pastor Julie at (209) 625-5397.
Monthly Prayer Gathering
7:00 - 8:00 pm
With prayer being an essential practice of Christian life, we are gathering at the New Heart campus each month to pray together. Let’s prioritize this one hour per month to gather as a body of believers and simply talk with God. Jesus promises to be with us (Matthew 18:20).
There is power in prayer, and even more when we pray together!
"The Point Loma Singers" Performance
Point Loma Nazarene University will bring their select group of vocalists to perform for New Heart Church. This is an opportunity to experience some tremendous vocal talent and encourage the students to continue using their talents for Jesus. The event is free, but we are responsible for feeding the group of approximately 20 students on Friday evening, and housing them overnight. Contact Pastor Ron @ (209) 221-0128 if you are willing to help out in any way.
Annual Church Meeting
We’re excited about our upcoming annual meeting. We will use this opportunity to review the impact God has made over the last year through the ministry of NHC, and also leverage it to reiterate the vision God has given us for what he desires New Heart to become. Please make every effort to attend this service. During our time together, we will also select key members of our leadership team for the upcoming year.
Aspire 2020 (Women's Event)
Women from all over the area will gather together to hear powerful teachings from God's word by gifted Bible teachers, comedy from Anita Renfroe, and music that will lift up the name of Jesus. Don't miss this night of encouragement!
Do you have someone in your life that could use some fun and encouragement? Reach out and invite a friend, co-worker, or family member! Tickets are on sale now for just $20.00. For questions, or to purchase tickets, connect with Pastor Julie or Renee Boswell.
You’re invited to participate in this special weekend service. Todd and Angela Monroe will join us and share incredible stories about how God is impacting lives in Africa. The Monroes became missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene in Africa in 2018. There, they serve on the Communications team telling stories of what God is doing around the Africa region. Todd and Angela met while growing up in Auburn, California and both attended Northwest Nazarene University.
Helping Hands (Compassion Outreach)
Every Monday at 5:30 pm we serve a free meal to the community. The outreach also offers an onsite doctor to provide medical care and a shower trailer each week at 2:00 pm for anyone wishing to freshen up.
If you've been blessed and would like to serve those in need, come partner with us and make a difference in the Tracy community through Helping Hands! Click here to discover specific ways you can get involved.
